Stakeholders, especially investors, are increasingly interested in various environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues including human capital, human rights, climate change, and sustainable supply chain management.

The G&A team has years of experience developing strategies and recommendations to address these issues and other critical concerns of constituencies in many sectors and industries. We provide a unique, structured process to help you understand and prioritize strategic ESG actions.

Our approach typically involves:

  • Identifying and prioritizing critical ESG issues relevant to your business
  • Monitoring current events that impact identified issues and emerging issues that are gaining momentum
  • Advising on strategic and tactical options to address issues, to develop policies, procedures, resolutions, and to demonstrate ESG leadership

In 2015, the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted by 193 sovereign nations with the intention of achievement by the year 2030. There are 17 SDGs with 169 specific underlying targets, and an even greater number of key performance indicators. The SDGs call on the world's business and investment communities to apply their creativity and innovation to help solve sustainability challenges. The Goals are widely embraced by the corporate sector, investors, and other constituencies.

The G&A team actively incorporates the SDGs into our strategy setting, materiality, sustainability reporting, and other consulting services. In addition, G&A offers customized services that guide companies’ sustainability strategies in alignment with the relevant UN SDGs.
