This brings with it a parallel ‘new universe’ of requirements and liabilities that challenge us. In continuing my own work and also as a Fellow of the Institute, together we hope to assist issuers in navigating this new world successfully through ongoing educational and editorial initiatives that we hope will be of value to those companies and institutional investors fully cognizant of their risk management mandates.”
