Joshua Baer

Joshua Baer is a Sustainability Analyst at Governance & Accountability Institute. His role includes supporting clients across industries by conducting research, ESG data analysis, development of sustainability reports, responding to annual surveys, peer benchmarking, and providing general sustainability consultancy. Josh is passionate about the environment and enjoys helping clients drive positive impact through sustainable business practices. 

Josh holds a STEM-accredited MS in Sustainable Business and an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where he served as a graduate student leader spearheading and participating in multiple sustainable business consulting projects across numerous industries. He earned a BSBA in both Marketing and Management – Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Florida. Josh is a certified LEED Green Associate and holds a Deming-based Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in quality management and process improvement.

Before joining G&A Institute, Josh worked as a Senior Field Marketing Manager for a global food and beverage company, where he led its experiential marketing department and drove company-wide sustainability initiatives as a member of its cross-departmental Green Team.
