Yuyou Chen

Yuyou is a senior student pursuing undergraduate degrees in Environmental Science & Management and Economics at the University of California, Davis. Her interested areas include corporate sustainability reporting, power and renewables, and urban mobility. 

Before joining G&A, Yuyou had participated in a couple internships to explore environmental sustainability field. In Summer 2018, she worked as a Research Assistant at the Carbon Trust Asia Office in Beijing, China, where she assisted with conducting literature review on life-cycle carbon footprint in China’s paper-making industry for an eco-labeling project. During Summer 2019, Yuyou worked as a Green Building Intern at UC Davis Energy Conservation Office, where she analyzed energy and GHG data of campus buildings and researched on UC campus-wide policies on sustainable practices for a BREEAM certification project. 

By interning with G&A, Yuyou hopes to gain insights on how ESG scheme is integrated into the United States government policies and existing financial system.
