G&A Institute Alumna Tania Apicella is a philanthropy and non-profit management consultant with CCS Fundraising, an international strategic management and fundraising firm.
Tania works with clients across philanthropic sectors – education, healthcare, arts & culture, and environment – to advance their fundraising efforts in support of their mission. Her areas of expertise include campaign management, major gift program management, volunteer training, and corporate social responsibility.
The G&A internship gave Tania the opportunity to explore philanthropy, particularly corporate social responsibility and sustainability, more broadly by researching and analyzing company reports for the GRI Global Database and the G&A Institute research and publication effort: Sustainability What Matters? She continues to draw upon that experience in her current work when advising clients on prospective corporate partnerships.
Tania began her career in the museum field, holding development positions at The Jewish Museum, The Studio Museum in Harlem, and The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum. She earned her MBA at Rutgers University and BA at Haverford College.
