Currently a G&A Sustainability Analyst, Julia Nehring received her MBA at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She previously worked for several years as a project manager for a national environmental consulting firm and spent a year as an AmeriCorps volunteer. As the current president of her university's Net Impact chapter, she enjoys helping colleagues and classmates get involved and volunteer in the community.
Due to an interest in business data analytics, Julia was also an intern at Caterpillar Inc.'s Data Innovation Lab and volunteered for a local farmers' market nonprofit. In both roles, she worked on system/process improvement and analyzes data.
After completing her internship, Julia was asked to extend her internship for another term and was promoted to G&A Intern Team Leader, supervising and training incoming interns.
Since her internship with G&A, Julia joined the G&A team in 2020 as a Sustainability Analyst.
