Cher joined Kohler Co. in January 2018, having received a BS in Environmental Sciences from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Duke University, as well as previous job assignments at Lenovo and the Governance and Accountability Institute. She is an experienced professional with a combination of manufacturing engineering, corporate sustainability practice, and technical expertise in life cycle analysis and energy modeling to lead the delivery of sustainability innovation. At Kohler, Cher supports product transparency and DfE, and takes a leadership role in developing the next generation of corporate greenhouse gas emission metrics and targets, setting a course for Kohler to do its part in meeting the Paris Climate Accord.
