Pam Styles

Pam Styles is principal and founder of Next Level Investor Relations LLC. She is a senior investor relations consultant with 25 years of corporate experience in investor relations and corporate communications, finance and strategy.

As a former investor relations / corporate communications department head and internal executive team member turned consultant, Pam specializes in client relationships with publicly traded companies to address incremental needs for such things as: improving investor relations and corporate communications impact, providing insight and vision for 'blue sky' issues and strategic investor relations function development. Pam is involved with a number of consulting initiatives related to investor relations and is increasingly moving towards the ESG/Sustainability space and avant-garde value communications development in her work.

Over the years, Pam has been instrumental in the development of multiple investor relations functions, including mergers, pre and post-IPO. She has managed company investor relations communications through various strategies, both offensive and defensive, and through crises communications situations including: proxy fights, tobacco and asbestos-related liability, settlement and government actions, and potentially catastrophic product failures.

Prior to establishing her consulting practice, she headed Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, and was member of the executive team, at Crane Co. (NYSE: CR), an aerospace, electronics and industrial manufacturing supplier. She previously served as director of investor relations for Fortune 500 companies in the lodging and leisure, food and tobacco sectors, and before that in positions including audit, operational finance, capital investment analysis, financial and strategic planning in the banking, mining and minerals and diversified industrials sectors. Pam is also author of the column "Senior Perspective", published by the National Investor Relations Institute.

Pam holds an MBA in finance and strategy from the University of Chicago and a BMA from the University of Michigan. In addition to being a Fellow with the Governance and Accountability Institute, she is a long standing member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and of the NIRI Senior Roundtable.
